Legal Stuff

Any website about a sport such as scuba diving needs to have some general legal information.

With proper training, equipment and common sense, scuba diving can be a safe, recreational sport for people of all ages and abilities.

However, with any type of challenging activity, especially in a different atmosphere than we are used to, diving can also be a dangerous sport.

As mentioned throughout this site, we recommend diving through an accredited diving organization and always dive within the limits of your diving qualifications. Dive as part of a group when possible, and always dive with a buddy.

We make every effort to ensure all the information contained on this web site is correct and up to date. However, due to the nature of the content and collecting it from second hand sources, we cannot always be sure that this is the case. The information listed on this site is to be used as a reference and is only our opinion/suggestion.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors on the site and for any actions you may take after viewing its content.
