Your hosts at this scuba diving lodge are Earl Lowe, an IANTD nitrox instructor and gas blender, PADI certified dive instructor, commercial diver and professional chef, and his better half, Deb Seymour, who is also a professional chef with a specialty in making desserts and pastries. Diving and eating at it's best! Together they have put together the Abyssal scuba vacation package at Quathiaska Cove on Quadra Island, just a short ferry ride from Campbell River.
Your dives are either on their 37 foot dive boat "Tantalus," which includes loads of room to gear up, full cabin and head, radio, depth sounder and first aid equipment, or their 26 foot aluminum dive tender which has room for groups up to 12 people. Packages are available for single divers (and/or ride-alongs) or for groups of up to 17 people. Larger groups can be booked in at a nearby spa and resort. You can just arrange your dives through them, or you can book great food, scuba diving and accommodation packages.
