Island Charters - Dive Operators On Vancouver Island

Island Charters - Which dive charter operators to use on and around Vancouver Island:

In addition to the regular scuba dive charters offered by the local Vancouver Island dive shop operators, some of whom have their own boats, the following dive boat charter operators should be considered if you are looking to book your own dives:

The Driving force behind the sinking of the 737 Artificial Reef in Chemainus was Peter Luckham of 49th Parallel Dive Charters.

They constantly explore new dive sites and know the area very well, and offer Critter exploration dives, wreck dives and the 737 dive.

Contact them directly or book through CoolDives.com to put together a great scuba diving package for you, including great dives, food and accommodation.

Awesome diving and meals prepared by Earl and Deb, both professional chefs, can be found at Abyssal Dive Charters & Lodge near Campbell River on Quadra Island.

Check out their CoolDives.com pricing and full scuba diving vacation packages. Maybe you'll even get to meet Captain Crunch?

Rendezvous Dive Adventures in Barkley Sound is a great scuba diving lodge in an amazing wilderness setting.

This was one of the first dive resorts in British Columbia, and the current owners, Peter and kathy, are great hosts and provide great food and a great location for divers and family adventure-seekers alike.

Rockfish Divers is a great little PADI dive charter operator and lesson provider that operates out of the world-famous Marina & Eco-Adventure Centre at the Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa in the Saanich Inlet, just outside of Victoria, BC Canada.

They run daily dive lessons and charters to a number of great dive sites in the Saanich Inlet, and can also be chartered for larger groups if you want to go to other nearby dive sites.

They work in conjunction with Victoria's best PADI accredited dive resort to offer three day Stay, Play and Dive packages.

Tahtsa Dive Charters, are the local dive experts in the area of Nootka Sound on the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Incredible diving, history (Captain Cook claimed British Columbia for England here in 1778), First Nations culture, eco-tourism, adventure and wildlife tours and whale watching adventures are all professionally hosted by Jude and Scott Schooner of Tahtsa Dive Charters.

There are many known great dive sites, and many new sites being discovered all the time. This is un-crowded, exploratory diving at it's best!
